What Happens in the Hypnotherapy for Aviophobia Sessions?

Hypnotherapy for Aviophobia normally involves a number of sessions, held once per week and lasting around an hour.

Joan will discuss the specific situations of triggers that lead to your experience of Aviophobia so that she can develop and utilise the most appropriate metaphors and suggestions to help you to deal with the associated feelings.
